Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) on a business day begin processing the same day. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit 5–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–9 business days.

Which carriers do you use?
Australia Post, with select parcels via Sendle for regional and remote areas. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us as early as possible before dispatch. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — including change of mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and in the original packaging. See the full Refund & Returns Policy.

Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items — in those cases we cover all costs.

Are there restocking fees?
No. Refunds are issued for the full product price paid.

When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return, plus 3–5 business days of bank processing, to your original payment method.

What about faulty items?
Your purchase is covered by the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — just e-mail clear photos of the issue.

Products & Sizing

What are your t-shirts made of?
Heavyweight 240 gsm combed cotton, pre-shrunk, with ribbed crew necks and screen-printed front and back graphics.

How does the sizing work?
Our tees have a true oversized fit. Every product page includes a full flat-measurement size chart in centimetres (sizes S–XXL). If you prefer a less loose look, we recommend sizing down.

How should I care for my tee?
Machine wash cold inside out, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly on the print.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed through certified, PCI-DSS-compliant providers over an encrypted connection. We never store full card details.
