All prices on eucalyra.shop are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include no hidden fees. Standard shipping within Australia is free.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged when your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately afterwards.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection. We never store full card details on our own servers.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails, please check your card details and available funds, or try another of our accepted payment methods. If problems persist, contact your bank or reach out to us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay), within 5 business days of return approval plus 3–5 business days of bank processing. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed for fraud protection. We may contact you to verify details before dispatching an order; unverifiable orders may be cancelled and refunded in full.
